Odette Collective
This French faux bamboo mirror, c. 1920, brings a refined blend of organic form and understated glamour through its beautifully sculpted bamboo-form frame and warm honey-toned finish. The clean rectangular silhouette is softened by turned corner finials and convincing faux bamboo detailing throughout, giving the piece a relaxed sophistication associated with early 20th century French and British campaign-inspired interiors. Odette was especially drawn to the simplicity of the design and the versatility of the scale, making it equally compelling layered over a console, in a powder room, or leaned casually within a collected interior. Rich patina and subtle wear throughout add warmth, depth, and authenticity consistent with age and use.
