Odette Collective
One of a pair of French painted chairs, c. 1920, originally part of a duchesse brisée — the wonderfully clever “broken duchess” that nests a pair of chairs and an ottoman into a full chaise longue, then breaks apart again whenever the pieces need to live separately.
The frame is painted in soft cream and brightened with gilt highlights, with a gracefully scrolled back and slim tapered legs. Upholstered in a paisley print finished with a woven braid border that traces every curve.
Sold individually. The matching chair and ottoman are listed separately.
