This painted Louis XVI commode has exactly the calm, faded palette Odette loves to work with. Soft grey and chalk-white patina is laid out in crisp geometry — rectangular panels flanking a central diamond on each of the three drawers — beneath a warm natural-wood top. Dark iron drop pulls and tapered, fluted legs keep it true to its neoclassical bones, while the gently crackled paint lends a relaxed, Gustavian-Swedish softness.
