Odette Collective
A handsome Napoleon III mirror with just enough flourish, and Odette loves the proportions. A small carved cartouche crowns the top, while gadrooned and beaded moldings run around the frame to rest on little carved corner feet. The gilding has worn softly to pale gesso in places, and the plate carries a gentle cloud of foxing for character. Its balanced, slightly arched shape makes it a graceful focal point over a console, a mantel, or a dresser. Carved, golden, and genuinely old.
