Odette Collective
A striking, sculptural pair of chrome cantilever chairs from around 1970, the kind of statement seating Odette loves for a jolt of polished glamour. Each is built from a single sweep of mirror-bright tubular chrome that coils into a great open loop on each side, giving the chair its springy, weightless cantilever and a wonderfully graphic profile. Cream sling seats and backs in canvas-look fabric keep them light and easy. There's a real Art Deco-revival drama to the form — equal parts machine-age and Hollywood. As a pair they're fabulous flanking a console, pulled up to a glass table, or used as occasional chairs that double as sculpture. Bold, shiny, and impossible to ignore.
