Odette Collective
A genuine pair of Directoire fauteuils, French and around 1800, with the clean neoclassical lines Odette loves in an early antique. The carved fruitwood frames glow warm and golden, with a square back, a finely carved crest, gently scrolled arms, and fluted, tapered legs — that crisp, restrained elegance of the period just after Louis XVI. The upholstery gives them a fresh, layered look: a graphic brown-and-cream wave-stripe on the back panels paired with soft blush mohair seats. As a true pair, they're lovely flanking a fireplace or console, used as desk and accent chairs, or split between rooms. More than two centuries old and quietly sophisticated.
